Return & Exchange Policy
At Eunoia, we adhere to a stringent no return, exchange, and/or alteration policy. As such, we stress the importance of checking our size guide as well as paying extra attention to your specific measurements in case of a customized order.
In the case of a damaged item, you are kindly requested to submit a claim request by contacting us via [email protected] or sending us a Direct Message. Our team will subsequently study the claim and confirm whether a replacement product is in order and is to be sent in exchange of the damaged item. The original item must be returned in its original state and within reasonable time of submitting the claim.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
For orders within Kuwait, we charge a standard delivery charge of 3KD, and additional charges may apply in case of item length adjustments. Your submitted orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and delivered within 3-7 business days. The phone number you provide at checkout will be used for the carrier to contact you upon delivery.
For international orders, the delivery will be made within 7-14 working days through DHL Express or Aramex Express. Delays may occur due to specific import/export customs or external factors to which Eunoia does not hold responsibility for.
We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer or not returning calls from the courier. Please ensure the address provided is correct before confirming your order and be sure to keep your tracking number at hand in anticipation of calls from the courier.
